UK Customers

I accept Paypal or UK Cheques.

Payment by paypal is done automatically through the cart, for payment by cheque please contact me to reserve the items and to arrange details of where to send the cheque.

International Customers - Paypal only please.

Goods will be dispatched after clearance of payment, if payment is not received within 7 days for any goods the item will be returned to the website for sale.

 

Postage and Packing

Shipping for UK customers is via First Class Standard at £2.00 which includes insurance up to £36. For insurance over £36 please email for details.

Shipping for international customers is via Airmail which includes insurance up to £36, for insurance over this please email.

I will combine postage for additional items if purchased in the same transaction.

The seller is not responsible for any lost or damaged items which are not insured.

All items of Jewellery are packed in boxes and wrapped with ribbon - ideal for that special gift.

I aim to dispatch items within 2-3 working days however I cannot guarentee delivery dates or times. Customised items will take longer with dispatch time being advised via email.

 

Returns

For hygiene reasons Catspyjamas cannot accept the return of earrings unless the goods are faulty.

Items are carefully checked prior to dispatch however should an item be damaged in transit then please contact me as soon as possible.

Any jewellery which is commissioned cannot be returned or refunded as these have been made to the customers specific requirements unless faulty.

If a problem should occur with the jewellery due to a fault in the 3 months after purchase then the item will be repaired free of charge. Please contact me for details.

If a problem occurs due to general wear and tear or to an accident then it may be possible to repair the item for a small charge plus postage - please contact me for details.
